We are headquartered in Lahore and we service demand from SMEs in Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad only. If you are based in a city other than those mentioned, please contact our team to receive a customised plan for your city.
We service demand from across all industries, however the job categories that we service are limited to:
- HR Professionals
- Accounting Professionals
- Marketing Professionals (content, digital marketing, graphic designers etc.)
- Technology Professionals (PHP, Laravel, WordPress, IT Maintenance etc.)
While we do not have particular job titles that we service, we cater to all vacancies arising in HR, accounts, digital marketing & design, and tech development whose salary falls in the range of PKR 20,000 – PKR 200,000 per month.
Unfortunately, we do not have a bulk discount at this point; however, if you have more than 5 vacancies our team is available to discuss a customised pricing plan with you.
If the candidate you choose decides to leave the job within 60 days of joining, Kamayi will provide you with an equally competent replacement free of cost.
While you will choose the top 5 CVs from the 10 redacted CVs shared by our team, if you do not like the 5 candidates shortlisted for interview, our team will send FIVE additional candidates in the following days for you to choose from.
These are the benefits that Kamayi offers directly to the jobseekers (through third-party vendors) if they continue in their job for more than 60 days. These benefits work as reinforcement for the jobseekers to continue in their jobs, and include incentives such a insurance plans, shopping coupons, travel subsidies etc.
No, these benefits are the responsibility of the team at Kamayi and you (as an employer) will not be required to contribute anything in monetary or non-monetary terms.
No, there is no advance payment required. You will be required to pay 50% charges upfront AFTER you have received & reviewed the 10 redacted CVs shared by the team at Kamayi. The final 50% payment is made once the candidate has been hired.
